To be a motor home your truck must have some but not all of the following.

Shore (110 AC power)
bed
stove
refrigerator
separate AC and/or heat

3 out of 5 comes to mind but it has been a while since I last read up on this. Seems to very some from state to state but not as much as some of the other points in this thread.
