251 Dodge exhaust manifold wanted

Working on a M43CDN ambulace with a 251 engine in it (standard setup). Need a useable exhaust manifold. The 251 engine is a couple of inches longer than the 231, so I can't use a manifold off of a M37, unfortunately. Anyone have a spare or know of a source? Vintage Powerwagon doesn't have them. Thanks.
