There is at least one system on the FMTV that's not "mil spec" in the 1960's
sense anyway, the CTIS. As far as I know, it is not to be used at
temperatures below zero deg F, because valves freeze up.

I'm well aware that I'm guilty of making changes to the old deuce, but I do
my best not to upset the original simplicity and purposeful design.
