You already know the answer: It's worth what somebody will pay for it. John
Tennis does a very professional job,(not that you wouldn't) and starts with
very nice donor trucks. He gets around $7,000 to do a conversion on the
customer's truck/trailer. Turn-key trucks are priced at under $20,000
depending upon options.
If you want one, and can make one, go for it. Cost is in the eye of the
beholder, or something.
