That's where beadlocks come into play. If it's a two piece divided
rim, you have a 2 piece beadlock that fits inside the tire and clamps
the tire to the rim when the rim is bolted up. Or you can have a
ring that fits on the outside of the tire/rim setup and bolts the
tire to the rim that way.

Runflat inserts can also accomplish the beadlock function as part of
being a runflat.
