Did you send mail to support at mildocs? We had a problem with billing
or some such,
but they fixed it pretty quickly. I know they had a problem with the
company that
was involved with the billing, but it's fixed now. I suggest you mail
them and tell them what
happened. I suspect that Jim is no longer involved in the day to day
business at mildocs.
I also supect that he is overwhelmed by the amount of mail he gets.
I think this will all get sorted out.
