He doesn't really want to sell it as evidenced by the ridiculous reserve
bid; just getting a feel for the market out there. You can bet it'll get no
bids and be re-listed one or more times until someone bites. Figure a hefty
shipping charge too, since Caribou, ME is about as far from anywhere that
you can get, and still be in the US.
