The credit cards are not stolen, but the name, expiration dates, and cvv are
invalid.
Master Card says that there is nothing they can do, other than to advise me
not to accept the cards for payment. They refuse even to acknowledge the
possibility that the cards are stolen, and will wait for the rightful owner
to report them missing or stolen. They will not contact the owners of the
cards to notify them of my report.
In the mean time, their security department "will be watching for any
suspicious activity" regarding the card numbers.
