Yes. Not fun. They seem to have a model-wide problem with the bolts breaking
of their own accord at the far front and far rear of the manifold, but I've
had one go at the base of the manifold too. There's a kit available from, I
think, Frank's Surplus, which gives you replacement stainless-steel bolts,
the gaskets, and some graphite goop to do the reinstallation. In general I
like the kit, but have found that though the stainless bolts are a lot
easier to remove once they've snapped off - they're also more likely to snap
off, too. Guess that's one of the metallurgical trade-offs you can't do
much about.
