Hi
After you start the engine and step on the throttle for the first time, both
lights should stay off unless there is a problem or your idle is not set to
650 rpm.

Well I finally got it going. It turns out the 'rotor' was bad.... $180
later I have a working model again, and a bunch of spare parts that were
good apparently.

What a pain!!!
