Fisrt off welcome home !!
IMHO, replace both seals, pack the bearings,rebuild/replace the wheel
cylinder while yo're in there, so you don't have to do it twice. Not much
more labor to do it all at once. AND don't forget the cork "seal" for the
keyway slot..
