Pending problematic Tennessee legislation

 Just received this on a gun list I also subscribe to, and thought it
might be worth mentioning. The way it sounds like its worded, this
committee might be able to end private ownership (or at least, private
restoration or operation) of MV's as a piece of "military history" with
the stroke of a pen. Might want to look into this one further, guys- if
I'm just being paranoid, my apologies to the group; but if not, this
needs our voices spoken up to either kill or amend this before it goes
too far and establishes a precedent for not only Tennessee, but other
states may consider it as well.

Establishes the responsibilities and composition of the Tennessee
Military Heritage Commission. Creates a Class A misdemeanor for altering
in any way a site or object determined to be a military heritage site or
