Sweden/Norway

Sweden:

Sweden drove on the left until sept 3rd 1967, at 05.00 in the morning. The
first week there was a general speed limit of 50 km/h. And the expected
massacre never happened. It might have been a different story if the
suggestion by one member of parliament hade been acted on. He wanted a
gradual change, with trucks and buses changing over one week before cars...

The strange thing is, that even with the left-side driving, cars with
right-hand steering wheel were rare exceptiions. The norm was always
left-side steering-wheel, with the execption of buses, even though they
ususally had the entry door so far back that there would easily have been
room for the driver on the left.

Norway:
It doesn't matter, a Norwegian can always overtake you, no matter how narrow
the road is! The never slow down for anything, even though it is common to
find cows, sheep, horses or goats wandering about or sleeping even on major
roads.
