A search of the NSN on MILDOCS yields the following:
ITEM TITLE: TRUCK TRACTOR
NSN: 2320-01-028-4397 [PLAIN FORMAT NSN: 2320010284397]
NIIN: 01-028-4397 [PLAIN FORMAT NIIN: 010284397]
FSN: 2320-028-4397 [PLAIN FORMAT FSN: 23200284397]
GOV PAID: $74,288.00 EACH
USED BY: ARMY
DEMIL CODE: A [Non-MLI, Non-SLI. Demilitarization is not required.]
which is what they are suppose to use.
I thought GL paid a small percentage of acquisition cost to the government for
what they sold and they get to keep what they sell it for. Maybe this is some way
to compensate for stuff that brings in more money than the average item. Are maybe
they are just getting keyboard happy.

Yep, there were some GL auctions lately that had
extraordinary acquisition costs listed. For
instance, this tractor - 1.5 million to purchase,
and that was the LOW BID?
