Yes they do Bjorn, they call it the fifteen minute rule. I'm not sure how
it works but I was on one last week and it got extended two or three times,
I believe three, so it cost me about twenty or thirty percent more than it
would have had it closed when they said it would. Thats some more of that
^&$*#^@ they slip in like the false advertising on the lube unit I bought
recently that had the engine and air compressor missing.
