#3. Because GL has a constantly evolving ToS, they
ought to alert bidders to changes if those bidders
registered under a different version.
It's not reasonable to expect a bidder to read 16 or
more sections of a ToS to search for possible changes
everytime they bid. Yet GL's response when things go
wrong seems to be, "Hey, it was in our ToS when you
bid...didn't you read it?" This is a great legal out,
but ethically it sucks.
