Sorry for the double post. I don't know what was wrong with the list last night. I posted once and waited an hour then posted again. I didn't get any posts from the list all night.

I had looked at the lines the other day and they looked OK, but after looking at the TM I saw that the injector closest to the firewall has a cap on one side. It was turned so you couldn't see it without a mirror. Sure enough that is were the leak was. Don't bother going to NAPA for hose, they don't have any that will work. Fuel line is too thick and will not clear the side of the injector. The NAPA guy said vacuum hose wouldn't hold up to the fuel. I had to scavage one from another truck. I guess I will have to get a kit form a Chevy dealer to fix it.

Rubber small lines on the injectors for fuel return. May be dried out and leaking. Common problem. The entire set of rubber return lines is a GM part available at Chevy dealer.
