I have restored many Tri-Five Chevys and have thus far refused to cut up
a perfectly good car, although. I did part out one that had no title
many years ago, now I wish that I hadn't done that,
I have been in a quandary for the past few years though. I have a '57 Bel
Aire 2 Dr. sedan that a tree fell on and crushed the roof and folded the
Rt. door and bent the RR quarter panel. I would like to make it into a
convertible. I am working on a 1972 Chevelle (SS clone) and I don't want
to spend another 15k or 20k to do the '57 right.
As one of the car shows say's "Don't crush 'em, restore 'em!"
