I know you were joking about the diesel spill, but out
here in Calif. we have these epa types breathing down
our necks just looking for any little violation they
can get you on, you would not believe how petty they
can get.
Even a small fuel storage tank has to have a huge
concrete retaining barrier around it to be
legal...like a farmer is going to waste one drop of
fuel from a leaky tank! lol It gets a little
rediculous sometimes....and it's always expensive!
