Hi Rick
The best way would be to have the seller simply title it in FL and then
transfer it to you. He may be required to pay certain fees and taxes that
FL is owed to do this. Forget about walking into the NJ MV office with a
Broadway Title, or Titles Unlimited or a couple more as well.

Subject: [MV] Florida title
I am trying to register a military vehicle I bought in
Florida with a bill of sale. Becuase Florida issues
titles NJ wants to see a Florida title before issuing
a NJ title on the vehicle.
Since this was the previous owners parts vehicle it
was never titled in Florida. What are requirements to
get a title in Florida?
Prior to going the Broadway Title route any Florida MV
owners aware of any workarounds with this?
Rick
