A GM door trim removal tool used along with a air powered 3/8" drive nut
runner will do the job nicely.
I have an EIR in PDF format that includes how to construct a tool like
the one above. You can get it by going here:

The tool is under "Section 3-13, Tactical Trucks, HMMWV, Removal of
swollen glow plugs". But if you don't tell the tool the glow plug is not in
a 6.2l in a HMMWV, it will work fine.
Or you can buy the GM trim tool.....
