10-12 seconds above 32 degrees, 15-16 seconds below. My plugs are 4 years
old with no swelling.

Why would you have to heat them up again? Did you replace the fuel pressure
switch?

Speaking of glow plugs I converted to a manual solenoid setup. I'm
running AC60G's - how long do you think it's safe to run the plugs in an
ON state, and how long should I wait between cycles before I heat them
