You have obviously not delt with a fraud thru eBay or PayPal. It does take
a long time to get the problem solved but they do deal with it and MUCH
better than the USPS as proven by several thousand machine gun enthusists
several years ago. I for one put out over $100 for a 3 year subscription to
a magazine thay I never received. The postmaster general told me "tough
luck".
