Yep, the finish paint cost doesn't seem so expensive after you have
masked, sand blasted, repaired, primed, remasked, and then finally
applied the finish paint. It's just too much effort and expense to not
go with decent paint. I just don't understand how Aervoe could sell
such lousy paint and keep doing it. I've applied standard hardware
store rustoleum on some equipment 15+ years ago and it has faded but
only slightly in fully 365 day/yr exposure in the midwest.

I was surprised when Aervoe didn't try to openly correct this problem
years ago when I first heard about it.
