They are general purpose PCs. I know of three things they were
used for:
1. providing directions on dispoal (defusing) of ordnance.
2. controlling a random number generator and then taking the
number and using it to load a code into comsec gear.
3. controlling a sensor block for vehicle diagnostics.
What did the GL ones sell for?
Was the power supply and special cable included?
