12v CUCV

Hi all!
My CUCV was converted to 12v. Now, front battery powers nothing but is
charged by rt generator and goes to lug on connection block. So does back
battery that is charged by left generator and is regular 12v to starter and
truck. If I take out front battery will right generator blow up or
something?
