Then there's a LSM that is used up on Lake of the Woods (Minnesota, Ontario,
and Manitoba) to transport a "Honey Bucket" truck around the lake from
island-based lodge to island-based lodge pumping out septic systems. When
he gets a full load in the truck he beaches the boat, drops the gate, and
drives the truck into the closest town with a sewage handling facility.
He's used because the islands are all pretty much perched on solid granite
(the "Canadian Shield") and most offer no viable drain/leach fields for
septic tank systems.
BTW the name of the LSM is the "Honey Bee".
