Tom,
After you get her started it will take at
least 15 minutes od operation before you have
99% of the air out of the fuel injection
system. You will notice in a day or two of running
her when she has truly bled out the air that is
fouling your engine. Hint crack open one turn
only ONE injector nut and crank it until slid
fuel comes out, stop cranking and tighten nut.
You said the glow plugs have never worked. If you
have conveted the glow plug relay to manual
operation have someone push the button while you
hold a test meter to the output screw of the glow
plug relay to verify it hasn't fried itself
internally. The internal contacts fry themselves
on a regular basis so you need to know you
hgetting power there. Also verify power FROM the
resister bank to the glow plug relay provided
someone didn't bypass the resister bank in favor
of the 12 volt junction block.
Kindly let us know how you made out.
