Hi Tom,
You`ll get a small spurt , the pressure when hooked up will be
in the order of 2000psi ! Just loosen an injector pipe at the injector and
have someone crank it over if fuel is there it will drip ! ABSOLUTE
cleanliness is vital with diesels , IF you try the injector test , NEVER,
EVER allow any part of you near the spray , it`s so fine and pressurised it
will penetrate skin with potentially fatal results !
A hand priming pump of the type used on outboard motors is very handy when
working on diesels , I always fit one in the suction line , finds leaks
saves the bat and starter when bleeding !
Are the filters clear ?
NOT being rude , but how much do you know about diesels ?
If it has an intank pump ,thats faulty , a FACET pump is made in 12v & 24V .
small and easy to fit !
