24 volt fan or siren motor

Can someone check their fan motor and tell me if there is a ground wire
attached? I had to replace the motor in my 24V siren with a fan motor. For some
reason, it won't work. I tried grounding it but wasn't able to figure out
exactly where the ground should go. Also, the original siren motor didn't seem to
have a ground wire either.

I've also attached the siren to the body of my truck as a ground source but
with no luck.
