Don,
Getting out a broken glow plug isn't much fun, but it's not too bad. I
recently had to remove 5 swollen plugs.
Are your threads bad, or is it swollen?
You will need to remove the injector and fish it out of that hole. If the glow
plug didn't break off far enough back to let it drop into the head, you might
need to use a dremel tool to grind off just a little. From what I saw, the way
the passages are made, it will NOT drop all the way into the cylinder. You
will need a long, skinny grabber, or tweezers, or such to reach in to get it.
Give me a hollar if you need more info.
