Surely it isn't politically correct to say, "camp, gauge " Surely "Gauge,
alternative lifestyle for the use of" is more appropriate

Damn. I thought that I had learned a new word. And it sounded so perfect for
what it is and what it does. It keeps the gauge camped right where it's
supposed to be.
Here's an idea: Why don't we all start to use the expression "gauge camping
device" or "gauge camp" for short, ( I guess the military nomenclature would
be "camp, gauge" ) and see how long it takes to enter into general usage.
