By the way, tracked vehicles not equipped with rubber road plates do not
require a ground rod for starting, although the earth must be moistened in
the area of the tracks in extremely dry climates.
As an expedient, in the event that sufficient amounts of water are not
present for ambient ground moistening, an emergency 12-pack of Coors (motto:
"Tomorrow's Piss, Today") is included in every "Kit, starting, dry
climate/kidney filtered, Mk3"
