1008 CUCV top & rails

Hi all!
I have a t/o set of the rails I am missing on my CUCV. They are not the
same rails taken off. The holes on the truck from the old rails, do not
line up with where the holes are on the new rails. Is that common? The new
rails don't line up with where the old top bow hinge was. Should I have to
drill new holes in the rails?
