As I previously have posted, I use RUSTOLEUM FLAT WHITE SPRAY PAINT.
It works great. Rick Larson saw my Stars & Numbers & said they were
perfect.
If in doubt, spray a sample underneath the vehicle & then spray over it with
OD.
