Might want to call Beechwood Canvas. I called this last week and ordered a new PVC top for my M215 and they told me that they had the M35 (most refer to that model as 'the' duece and a half) series PVC cab tops on sale for just under $200!
This top will also fit the 5tonners, too.
But, I know you are not looking for a cab top, but they might have a deal going on the cargo cover too.
