bio-diesel filtering

OK, gang, so now I have a good source of free deep fryer oil.
I plan to mix it aboiut 50/50 with petro diesel.

Anyone got any good suggestions as to the best way to filter it?
I'm thinking about coffee filters or spray paint filters like they
use in auto body shops.
