Act of 2004, (as amended), we prefer to call captive nuts "Incarcerated
Emotionally-Disturbed Hardware."
In the event that you encounter a rusted captive nut, the
politically-correct nomenclature would be "Recalcitrant,
profanity-producing, ferrous-oxide anchored, rotationally-challenged,
incarcerated, emotionally-disturbed hardware."
