Hi Fred,
Long time, no hear... Yes, we are extremely busy out here. It's for a
good cause to say the least. We have been housing the National Guard,
Air Force Airborne Crews, and the Army. I am sure there has been a lot
airing on the news about us. I haven't really had a chance to turn
sideways to tune in.
I went to the beach in Biloxi on Sunday and helped with some clean up,
it was a mess there.
It is nice to hear from you. Keep us in your prayers.

I saw your ship today! You made national tv.....probably international.
What a gawd awful mess there We talked about you guys today.......we're
real proud of you and the rest of the crew of the Iwo Jima and all the
rest of the folks doing good things for the unfortunate people of that
