Has he given any thought to building a kit plane out of the molds?
There might be a good bit of demand in the homebuilt arena for a
full-size Spitfire and Hurricane replica, and if he had the skin for it,
there are a number of companies that might be interested in building the
structural portion of the kit. Just a thought...
