Greetings list,

Yesterday I was at our local legion post for a Friday dinner and got to
chatting with one of the officers... They are looking to make the place
more" interesting" well says I " you should get yourself a tank.."

Sounds great he says.. how?

That is my question.. what agency do these folks ask,request, petition for
the "loan" of a big lawn ornament?
