Great pictures!
Only one comment on "traveling position" that model did not have one, as
in the barrel sliding back for transport. The 155mm GUN (Long Tom) of
WWII did slide back on the carriage for transport. There is no
"traveling position" on the 155mm How. Other than putting the trails
together and loking it in place. I would assume the Howitzer in your
pictures is like that because of the demil that was done???

I took so many for reference for modeling.
One explanation for the difference in length that occurred to me is that
it would vary depending if it is set up as in the pics or in the stowed
for travel position.
