PTO linkage lever on M54A2

Hi All,
    I thought I had everything to hook up my Transmission PTO but I
found out
I am missing the following part.

TM9-2320-211-34P Fig 277 item 31
NSN: 2520-00-740-9540 LEVER, CONTROL SHAFT: RIGHT HAND
END OF RELAY (CROSS) SHAFT
7409540 (19207)

This is the lever that hangs down from the cross shaft on the passenger
side.
it then connects to short adjustment rod which attaches to the shift
lever on the pto.

Any one have one of these?
