Has anyone heard of adding acetone to fuel for more efficient burning?
I wonder if it would help bad/old gas?
I got an article from a friend a while back, addressing this.
It's used in very low concentrations in the fuel (1oz. to 10 gal.) and is
supposed to act as a catalyst, and, lower the vapor pressure of fuel,
allowing for better atomization.
Any thoughts?
Henry
(feeling technical this morning............) grin.
