You need to pierce the plug with a screwdriver and pry it out. Freeze plug
is a bear to get out. You need good Pry Bar set. That is what worked for
me. Oh, good idea to drain radiator and cooling system before starting.

difficult are they to install? I've never put a freeze plug heater in a
