My advice is to do a thorough virus check after looking at such sites, ok

its obviously perpetuated by someone with way way too much time on his
hands, but these sorts of sites are often rife with Trojans which may be
undetected while you view. As all websites have to download an amount of
files onto your hard drive so you can view them, its relitavley easy to hide
a Trojan.

I just want to make a comment in what lead me to contact the FBI. It wasn't
really the content of the website itself. Personally I'm not really
concerned with it. If you look at the forums and guest books, there really
isn't a lot there and the website has been up for a year. Which means it
has received very little attention. What comments were posted there were
basically telling this guy to go f*** himself. In fact I don't think there
was one positive comment.
What bothered me was the information associated with the web site. The
telephone number provided showed some very interesting search results.
Apparently it has been link to other accounts involving fraud and possibly
to terrorist organization. It was this information that lead me to contact
the FBI.
Now the guy running this Against the Troops web site may or may not be link
to this number. It could have been a number provided by the host server,
which by the way appears to be outside the U.S.
By the way, Marc I have read 1984. It's a bit eerie how some things in the
book have come true. Personally, the governments ability to collect so much
information about us without our knowledge is frightening. What bothers me
even more is peoples willingness to give up their freedom for government
protection bothers me even more. I could go on but I won't.
What also bothers me is the endless and mostly stupid or worthless laws that
politicians are constantly creating in order to justify their jobs. If it
continues at this rate we'll end up like the Roman Empire where there were
so many laws that basically anything you did was a crime.
On the other hand, the government can help us. Our great nation has
prospered up to this point, partly because of our government but mainly
because of the great people and freedom of this nation. It's up to all of
us to keep the government the way it was intended to be.
Okay, I'm getting way off the MV track here. I'll stop here and won't
comment any further.
Darrell
