In this case the GA-DMVS/DOT is making a stretch.
I've had multiple definitions from having a
toilet and a bed to the following:
"any self-propelled or towed vehicle that is
equipped to serve as temporary living quarters
for recreational, camping, or travel purposes and
is used solely as a family or personal
conveyance; "
Another section of the Ga Law cites them as "(24)
'Recreational vehicle' means as used in this
article a vehicle used for personal pleasure or
travel by an individual or his family. "
Which is correct? The chapter which only
describes a vehicle but doesn't apply a term to
the definition or the specific definition that is
in another chapter?
