personally....

Please to protect the country from the Deadly CARC, please send any item you
have covered with it directly to me immediately. I will sacrifice myself to

No, no, no - totally inadequate from a govern"mental" standpoint. You
must prevent the accident!

I hereby suggest that in order to protect all citizens from all heavy
CARC coated radios that a quantity of helium filled balloons be attached
to each heavy radio to counteract the effects of gravity and make
America a safe place to handle radios! (;->)
