Heck, in our state one can walk, ride a bike, or a horse or mule in/on the
interstate highways.
Legally. No restrictions on pedestrian activity.
Unlike those rich states where everybody has enough money to buy cars I
guess (grin).
Of course if one is operating a ~motor vehicle~ on same then the minimum
speed is 40 and the max is 75 (again, legally).
