So could we say an M35 with fording kit, running submerged is a submarine,
however even if carring a fishing boat in the bed -tied down- and one of the
blow up dolls in passenger seat -with seat belt fastened- it would not be a
ship. And should British driver be carring a sealed mail bag still not a
RMS??
